• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Opened or used skincare and haircare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–10 business days.
